At Millimo, we are committed to delivering your premium ethnic wear to you in a timely and secure manner. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery timeframes, and related information to ensure a transparent and satisfactory delivery experience.
Domestic Shipping (Nepal)
Shipping Methods and Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
For orders within Kathmandu Valley, same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before 12 PM NPT, subject to product availability and delivery address.
Shipping Costs
- Kathmandu Valley: NPR 100 (Free for orders above NPR 5,000)
- Outside Kathmandu Valley: NPR 200-500 depending on location (Free for orders above NPR 10,000)
- Express Shipping: Additional NPR 200-300 depending on location
International Shipping

- Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days
- Express International Shipping: 3-5 business days

Shipping Costs
International shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country, package weight, and shipping method. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.
- India: USD 15-25 (Standard), USD 30-40 (Express)
- Other Asian Countries: USD 25-40 (Standard), USD 45-60 (Express)
- North America, Europe, Australia: USD 35-50 (Standard), USD 60-80 (Express)
- Rest of the World: USD 40-60 (Standard), USD 70-90 (Express)
Free international shipping is available for orders above USD 300 (Standard Shipping only).
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there are any unexpected delays in processing your order.
For custom or made-to-order items, additional processing time of 5-10 business days may be required. The specific timeframe will be communicated to you during the ordering process.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking information via WhatsApp or email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package throughout the delivery process.
If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days after your order confirmation (for standard processing), please contact us for assistance.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Delivery Issues
Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery timeframes, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier delays. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us for assistance.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us within 48 hours of the indicated delivery date.
For packages that show no delivery confirmation but have stopped tracking for an extended period, please contact us so we can initiate a trace with the shipping carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and contents, and contact us immediately. Do not discard the original packaging until the claim is resolved.
Shipping Restrictions
Some countries have restrictions on importing certain types of goods. We are not responsible for any confiscation, destruction, or other issues that may arise from customs restrictions in your country. Please research your country's import regulations before placing an order.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We can only accommodate address changes if the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
